About us
Peticare Medical Group, known as Peticare, was founded in 2013 with a mission to provide comprehensive animal healthcare services. Our offerings include routine veterinary clinics, 24-hour emergency animal hospitals, pet grooming, an online platform for pet supplies shopping, and veterinarian-approved freshly prepared pet meals, all designed to fully support the needs of both pet owners and their furry companions. With three animal hospitals under our umbrella, we offer a wide range of services, including traditional Chinese and Western medical treatments, surgical procedures, rehabilitation, and nursing care. Peticare Kowloon East Animal Hospital underwent a comprehensive upgrade in 2024, emerging as one of the few fully equipped animal hospitals in Hong Kong. Peticare Kowloon West Animal Hospital features a physical therapy centre and collaborates with the surgical centres of the other two hospitals. Moreover, we have an in-house research team dedicated to utilizing technology, data, and veterinary knowledge to enhance the quality of life for pets.

Peticare Kowloon East Animal Hospital
Peticare Kowloon East Animal Hospital has been serving the Kwun Tong area since 2013. The hospital occupies 15,000 square feet, with a spacious waiting area providing a comfortable environment for pet owners. The equipment and instruments in the operating room are comparable to those found in human hospitals. In addition to large-scale CT and MRI equipment, there are also separate sterilization areas, anesthesia zones, and CT Arms, making it one of the few animal hospitals in Hong Kong with such comprehensive facilities. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services, ensuring prompt treatment for pets at any time. Facilities such as boarding kennels, ICU wards, and isolation wards are also available, specifically designed to provide treatment and care for pets with different medical conditions.

Peticare Kowloon West Animal Hospital
Peticare Kowloon West Animal Hospital is conveniently located near Austin, Kowloon, and Jordan stations. We have a dedicated physical therapy department equipped with hydrotherapy rehabilitation machines imported from the United States, as well as laser therapy machines. Our physical therapy services are comprehensive and diverse, including hydrotherapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, stem cell therapy, manual massage, traditional Chinese and Western acupuncture, sports therapy, and deep muscle training. We understand that physical therapy is not limited to hospital settings. We also offer various auxiliary products to allow clients to easily perform simple rehabilitation exercises at home with their pets, such as supportive walking aids and electromagnetic anti-inflammatory pain relief collars.
