Dr. Tsai is from Taiwan and specializes in the veterinary care of exotic animals, small mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and birds.
She obtained her veterinary degree from National Taiwan University and completed her master's degree in clinical veterinary medicine at the National Taiwan University Graduate Institute of Clinical Animal Medicine, focusing on large animals and wildlife. Dr. Tsai
also graduated from the residency training program at the National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital, where she specialized in wildlife medicine.
Additionally, she completed a short-term training program at the Veterinary Hospital of Azabu University in Japan. Currently, she serves as the primary veterinarian at the National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital for non-canine and non-feline patients, as well as at the Jurassic Wildlife Specialist Hospital and the Bremen Special Pets Specialist Hospital.
Dr. Tsai is also a training instructor for the rescue team of the Wild Bird Conservation Association in Taipei, Taiwan.
Outside of work, Dr. Tsai enjoys engaging with wildlife and educating others about animal care.

Dr. Sheyla Dominguez, DVM, Dipl. ECZM (Small Mammal), is a European Veterinary Specialist in Small Mammal Medicine and Surgery. She graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zaragoza, Spain, in 2016.
Following her graduation, Sheyla worked at two referral veterinary hospitals in Valencia, Spain, where she honed her clinical skills. She then completed a specialized internship in Exotic Animal Medicine at the referral hospital of the Catholic University of Valencia, focusing on this diverse group of species.
In 2019, Sheyla pursued a master’s degree in Exotic Animal Medicine and Surgery at Los Sauces Veterinary Center. After completing a three-year residency at Ghent University in Belgium in 2024, she became a Diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine (ECZM), specializing in Small Mammals.
Dr. Dominguez has actively participated in multiple national and international conferences and has authored and co-authored several publications in high-impact scientific journals. Passionate about providing the highest standard of care for small mammals and exotic pets, she is committed to advancing veterinary medicine through continuous learning and research.
Currently based in Hong Kong, Dr. Sheyla aims to contribute to the advancement of small mammal treatments in world-class veterinary centers while embracing new cultures and landscapes.
